Morgan Neuburger, Chair

Member Since: 2015

 

Bio: Morgan is the Assistant Registrar for Shippensburg University where she handles all aspects of course scheduling and registration. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys volunteering at various community events, planning 11/30 fitness meet-ups, going to the gym, running, and checking out local wineries and live music.

 

Talk to me about: Don’t talk to me… Kidding! Talk to me about fitness and nutrition! You can also talk to me about home renovations, but I’ll mainly just listen or ask questions because I’m still learning.

Lacey Kipe, Vice-Chair

Member Since: 2015

 

Bio: Lacey is a financial advisor with Ocker Financial Services. She graduated from Shippensburg University in 2014 with her bachelor’s degree and has been in the financial services industry since. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Ricky and spending time with her dog Lily.

Sara Ziegler, Secretary
Member Since: 2016

Bio: Sara is a Technical Recruiter with Aerotek, focusing on Engineers and Supply Chain positions in the area. After graduating from Penn State in Chemical Engineering she moved to Chambersburg for a supervisor position and has been here ever since. Sara also enjoys volunteering with local organizations including Women In Need, hikes with her dog, Maggie, and weekend trips to spend time with family and friends.

Jon Clark, Membership Chair
Member Since: 2015

Bio: Jon, an alumnus of IUP, is an Accountant in the health services field in Hagerstown, where he moved from the Pittsburgh area 7 years ago. He enjoys playing golf, watching baseball, and just relaxing at home with his wife and their daughter.

Laiton Suders, 11/30 Network Chamber Liason

Bio: Laiton works in Communications and Marketing at the Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce, along with serving as the liaison to the 11/30 Network. She graduated from Geneva College in 2017 with a B.A. in Communications and a Business Minor, then finished her Master of Business Administration while working at the Chamber. Outside of work, Laiton loves coffee shops, bookstores and working out. She plays soccer and volleyball and enjoys traveling, learning new things and watching movies or the Pittsburgh Penguins with her (soon-to-be) husband.

Sergio Gonzalez, Sports and Recreation Chair

Member Since: 2017

 

Bio: Sergio is a Professional Soccer Referee with The United State Soccer Federation and The NCAA. Sergio’s passion is giving back to the community that brought him in with open arms! Another passion of Sergio’s is sports. He loves being able to play in the evening adult leagues around the county! When not traveling for work, Sergio loves to go to coffee shops with his dog and also find delicious brunch spots.

Kathyrn Gratton, Community Action Chair

Bio: Kathyrn is a lifelong native of Franklin County growing up in Greencastle. While residing here she has worked with companies across the country to help them grow their businesses through her volunteer efforts with SCORE and her own company, Red Lips Mentor LLC. She has been featured in national advertising campaigns for SCORE to encourage other women to explore entrepreneurship and contributed articles on starting a business. In her free time she enjoys volunteering with local nonprofits that have economic impacts, teaching entrepreneurship, and encouraging her kids to carry the torch of being future change makers.

Rachel Riedy, Marketing Chair
Member Since: 2015

Bio: Rachel is a financial advisor at the Tardosky Agency in Chambersburg. She graduated in May 2015 from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Spanish. Outside work, Rachel loves spending time with her husband Tyler, singing and listening to music, playing ukulele, traveling and watching movies.

Jake Naugle, Professional Development Co-Chair

Bio: Jake is Mortgage Manager at Patriot Federal Credit Union. As a native of Franklin County, Jake has a passion for giving back to the local community through the 11/30 Network and other Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce committees. He also sits on the Board of the Chamber. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and his two dogs Rusty and Pico.

Kyle Snowberger, Professional Development Co-Chair

Member Since: 2017

 

Bio: Kyle is an aerospace engineer at Intercept Nexus in Hagerstown. He is responsible for spacecraft design and developing partnerships. Kyle also helps to manage his family’s Chambersburg business, Lincoln Lectronics. He graduated from Penn State with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a BS in German in 2016. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys gardening, playing tennis, riding his motorcycle, and volunteering at his church.

Sarah Johnson, Social Chair

Bio: Sarah is an adventure travel advisor with a love of far-flung places and off-the-beaten-path excursions. In a normal year, you can find her gallivanting around the globe while designing bespoke itineraries for her clients. She's also a Franklin County transplant living in a 250+-year-old house. In her free time, Sarah can be found gardening, cooking, reading historical and cultural fiction, and walking with her dog.
